This is an instant classic and can be modified any number of ways.


  • Eggs
  • Toast
  • Avocado
  • Hummus
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Microgreens (have so far used broccoli and radish)
  • Season with salt & pepper

That’s it! An easy-to-make breakfast that is just the right combination of savory and fresh.
